Flower and the Bird

Hibiscus and Bird-2This photo is created from two of my pictures. I felt the photos by their selves did not jump out. They were the typical bird and flower pictures. I wanted a picture that shows a story. This photo of a big hibiscus flower and a little yellow bird showed me a beautiful red bird- house with a yellow perch. The tiny warbler with its open mouth appears to call into the flower.

House fly on a blackeye susan

Although a house fly is annoying and carries diseases, it looks so innocent as it carries the pollen from this Blackeye Susan. When a fly lands on our food, we just wave our hand over the food the fly is on and it flies away. Then we continue to eat.. I captured this picture as I practiced my macro photography
